This is not your contractor agreement

These terms cover your use of this website, territoryonetech.com, and nothing else. If you apply to drive with Territory One, the independent contractor agreement is a separate document, presented to you during the application. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement.

Acceptance

This website is run by Territory One Technologies, LLC ("Territory One", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about Territory One, to reach the driver application, and to contact us. Don't use it in a way that breaks the law, interferes with the website or its security, or tries to reach systems or information you're not authorized to access.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations, and the Territory One name and wordmark belong to Territory One Technologies, LLC. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as the law allows. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Territory One Technologies, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from being unable to use it.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them or about this website will be brought in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the website after that means you accept the updated terms.
